We do not accept RETURNS or offer REFUNDS. However, We will exchange item(s) within 7 days of initial delivered item. Item(s) MUST be in its original condition, NO EXCEPTIONS.  After the 7th day your item(s) will be considered final sale. All accessories are final sale. If you need to request an exchange, send us an email at including order#, and product name that you would like in replacement, and the reason. We will than send you further instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL EXCHANGES WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. There will be a flat rate fee of $10.00 with the exception of Vvalentina error. 

Once Item(s) have been inspected and confirmed in original condition, the new item will be shipped.Please allow 1-6 business days to receive the item(s). Your item can only be exchanged for a product of the same or greater value. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE NEW REQUESTED ITEM IS IN STOCK. If the item you want to exchange is sold out, you will be issued a store credit, in which you MUST use within 4 months of issue.

We ship all packages USPS, you can track you package by visiting Please allow 24-48 hrs for your tracking information to be updated from the time you receive your tracking email. Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please stay up to date with your tracking alerts and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not home, please report to your local post office ASAP to claim your package before it is returned to us. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If your package has been lost or stolen please make sure to call USPS and PUT IN A CLAIM immediately.
